Joan Peters is the head of the Leadership Academy at Volkswagen Group South Africa, a position she has held for over 20 years.
Her role includes the development of leaders at all levels in the Company, identifying and developing future leaders, as well as assessment centres to evaluate a person’s potential to fill more senior leadership positions. Joan is also responsible for developing organisational culture change interventions, such Employee Engagement initiatives, team coaching and defining and strengthening Company values
