Alicia Retief, Vice President, Regional Resourcing Partner, Middle East and Africa - Citi Group

Alicia is responsible for the Citi’s regional resourcing strategy and delivery across 22 countries in Middle East and Africa as well as managing product responsibility for Trade and Treasury Services across EMEA. She manages a diverse portfolio at Citi, driving alignment across the region, upskilling manager capability, managing risk and compliance, developing and executing on various graduate and leadership pipeline programmes and ensuring delivery on talent requirements throughout the region together with her local specialist team and Citi’s RPO vendor.

Alicia has specialized in recruitment and talent from her entry into the corporate world and has developed her skills in global and local corporates including SABMiller Plc and AVI Limited.
