Talent Agenda Series

The Human capital leadership platform shaping definition and delivery of Africa’s talent agendas.

A platform for agenda-setting, senior participation, and insight that matters.

Delivered through a small number of invite-led Core Editions, and commissioned Institutional Programmes for organisations acting at scale.

What the Talent Agenda Series is:

The Talent Agenda Series exists to convene Africa’s human capital leaders and institutions around the questions that shape labour markets, leadership credibility, and workforce strategy.

Without volume, speakers, or spectacle.
We focus on who is in the room, what is discussed, and what that participation signals.

Our work combines:

  • executive convening

  • agenda definition

  • structured insight

  • and, where appropriate, the route to delivery

Talent Agenda Series is changing Africa

Where it takes place

The Talent Agenda Series Core

Owner-led, agenda-setting programmes delivered through regional Core Editions across Africa and the Diaspora.

Invite-led.
Senior by design.
Participative, not performative.

The Talent Agenda Series Core exists to shape how talent leadership is discussed, and to give executive human capital leaders a credible forum in which their participation carries weight.

Institutional Programmes

Acting on mandates from government, MDBs, DFIs and associations, we deliver commissioned programmes for those seeking to define, transform, or deliver a talent agenda.

Designed for institutions operating at sector, national, or multi-country level - where credibility, coordination, and delivery matter. We excel in producing multi-faceted human capital programmes at scale, encompassing gatherings, communications and technical HR programme development.

If you are serious about understanding HR’s agenda in Africa, the Talent Agenda Series is the place to be.

Afreximbank

We sponsored to bring together organisational partners and build relationships

Afreximbank sponsored the Talent Agenda Series to bring together key partners and stakeholders in a human capital discussion. A sponsored conference chair-ship, keynote address and hosted panel discussion led to the resoundingly successful achievement of that objective.

East African Breweries Ltd

We sponsored to promote the brand, commercially and as an employer

EABL joined the Talent Agenda Series with three objectives, including employer brand promotion, best practice bench marking and commercial sales and marketing. Successful recruitment and sales activity in the exhibition area delivered two of EABL's aims, while a workshop environment was the perfect setting to highlight areas of the brand's strong HR performance, while getting the feedback of other leaders for bench marking.
