Elizabeth supports organisations in change and growth through her work in organisational change, leadership development and executive coaching. She also uses her coaching methodology in her consultancy work in HR Strategy and practice and organisational development, including diversity and inclusion.

Elizabeth spent her corporate career in HR and OD and held senior positions in HR in many parts of the world: her final position was as Head of HR for the Standard Bank Group.
