Bunmi works as the Talent and Development Partner, Africa with the AP Moller Maersk  Group and supports the Middle East and Africa (AME) Portfolio based in Dubai. She joined the APMM group in August 2014 as the Head of HR in APM Terminals Apapa Lagos. Bunmi is proudly Nigerian and has over 15 years experience working within various areas in Human Resources including Resourcing, Talent Management and Leadership Development.

Prior to joining APM Terminals in 2014, Bunmi  worked with Tetra Pak for 10 years and in South Africa as a Project lead for a HR transformation project.

Bunmi attended Ahmadu Bello University in Nigeria and has a BSc in Political Science. She has also completed several leadership programs and HR certifications.

A strong advocate for diversity & inclusion in the workplace, Bunmi is passionate about developing and creating opportunities for talent within Africa,  she loves to travel and experience new cultures!
