Maimouna Diarra - HR Director Francophone Africa, Unilever

Maimouna is the HR director of Unilever Francophone Africa. Maimouna is an experienced Human Resources Director with over 26 years of experience in human resources with over 10 years of this at management level. An HR generalist, Maimouna is adept across HR functions and has experience working across HR Consulting, Coaching and HR policies.

Industry-wise, most of her experience has centred around the food production industry and she has worked for many reputable multinationals within this industry including Novartis and GB foods.

Maimouna is passionate about employee engagement. During her time at Phillip Morris, both Employee Engagement and Managerial Effectiveness Indexes nearly doubled.

Maimouna was recently awarded a certificate in Executive Coaching, in Human Resource Management and an MBA in the program for Management Development.
