Deji Ajibola is the HR Lead of Microsoft Middle East & Africa Multi-Country Cluster (North, Sub-Saharan Africa, Jordan, Lebanon & Pakistan) and in responsible for driving end-to-end Talent Management & Organisation & Leadership Effectiveness.

Deji has over 16 years of international experience in a broad range of Human Resources functions, the last 7 of which have been in the Information Technology sector. She started her HR career at Phillips Consulting, then moved to Oando Plc.

Prior to joining Microsoft, she worked in General Electric (GE) first as the Employee Services Leader for Nigeria, providing Human Resources support on compensation and benefits, labour law adoption, recruitment & talent management; then subsequently as the HR Compliance & Localisation Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa. In this role she established and managed Sub-Saharan Africa’s Local content & HR Compliance Framework.

Following the Award of the highly competitive British Department for International Development Scholarship, Deji obtained an MSc. in International Employment Relations & Human Resources Management from The London School of Economics & Political Science. London, & is a certified Global HR Practitioner (GPHR).

In May 2019, in recognition of her impact in the Corporate world, Leading Ladies Africa, a non-profit promoting Women’s rights & leadership in Africa, nominated Deji as one of the 50 leading ladies in Corporate Nigeria.
