Jubril Saba is the Human Resources and Organisational Development Director of IHS Towers. He is currently looking after the development and execution of the people agenda and is responsible for aligning the HR processes and organisational effectiveness metrics to the future strategic objectives of the organisation.

Jubril is a HR Leader and a clinically oriented leadership coach with proven competencies in Business Management and Leadership, Generalist HR Knowledge, Change Management and Organisational Development. He has over 18 years’ experience in the telecommunications sector and worked with many notable organisations such as Airtel Networks Limited and Zain Nigeria.

Jubril is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, (CIPD) UK, a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), an Associate Certified Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation. He holds a diploma in Business Administration from Manchester Business School, and an Executive Masters in Individual and Organisational Psychology (Coaching and Consulting for Change) from INSEAD.
