Catherine celebrates life everyday everywhere leading and shaping the People & Culture agenda at Uganda Breweries; a subsidiary of EABL/Diageo. She has extensive experience in Business Partnering, HR Strategy, Change Management & HR Shared Services, Reward & Leadership development while leading multi-cultural teams across the region. Her career spans over 15 years and has seen her serve in various capacities within Finance & HR at Deloitte, Bamburi Cement & Diageo. As a Certified Executive Coach, Catherine lives her purpose through unleashing the potential in people and working with them to be the best version of themselves. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, MBA with an HRM specialism and is a certified SPHRI with the HR Certification Institute.
