Rekha is the founder of Redstone Consulting and is an experienced coach facilitator and consultant. She is passionate about enabling companies and individuals achieve success and has 18 years’ experience in this field.

Rekha has worked with FSTE 100 companies, challenging their leaders, developing their managers and helping them achieve their visions. She has extensive global experience, working with teams and organisations in countries like India, Canada, France and Rwanda.

 Her strong commercial and strategic experience has supported functions through mergers, acquisitions and cultural change.

 Rekha has written a number of articles for the Business and aims to influence and change mindsets through her writing, coaching and facilitation.
