Jordi Borrut Bel, Managing Director & CEO - Nigerian Breweries Plc.

Jordi is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Nigerian Breweries Plc, a Heineken Subsidiary in Nigeria.

Jordi has over 20 years’ experience in business and sales, and he has spent his entire career at Heineken. He joined the Heineken N.V. group in 1997 as Sales Representative at Heineken Spain.

 From 1999 to 2006, he held various commercial positions at Heineken, first as Distribution Project Manager in Slovakia, thereafter as Brand Manager at Heineken France and later a Trade Marketing Manager at the Group Commerce headquarters in Amsterdam. After these roles, he returned to Heineken Spain where he occupied different positions, eventually becoming Director of Sales and Distribution. Jordi was, until his current appointment as the Managing Director of Heineken Burundi.

Jordi is passionate about human capital development and has participated in many conferences focused on improving human capacity in Africa.
