Gloria is the Regional Head of Human Resources for Ecobank Nigeria and East Africa Community. She has over 19 years’ of experience working in various human resource functions in the Public, Telecommunications and Banking sectors.

Her specialisations include Strategic Human Resource Management, Organisational Restructuring and Talent Management.  

Gloria is driven by her constant passion to contribute to the growth of African Leadership by attracting and nurturing the best talent amidst an ever changing global business environment. She is CIPD qualified and a certified trainer for the Louis Allen Extraordinary Leadership Program.
