Mai Herve du Penhoat, Group HR Manager, Alios Finance

Maï Hervé du Penhoat works at the Financial Group, Alios Finance, since 2008. After setting up and developing the Consumer Finance department (Retail Clients) for West Africa, she has been promoted as the HR Manager of the Group. She is in charge of defining and implementing the HR strategy for the group, throughout Africa from West and Central Africa to East Africa. She has begun her career in Paris in Head Hunting for international companies before deciding to relocate in West Africa. Maï definitely trust in the power of people involved, driven by a clear, ambitious and well communicated strategy where one can fully express its competencies as well as developing its potential for overall win-win relationships with companies.

Ms Hervé du Penhoat holds a Master Degree in Marketing from Dauphine University in Paris and recently completed an Executive Master in Management of a Strategic Business Unit from HEC Paris, France.
