Cebile is the HR Director, South Africa and Central East Africa for Mondelez International and is responsible for driving the talent and transformation agendas.

Cebile has over 16 years experience across the human resource function and her past experience has span across both multinational and South African companies in the manufacturing sector, including companies such as Heineken, Masonite (Africa) Ltd, Tongaat-Hulett Sugar and Sara Lee HBC. 

She has also has worked on numerous business consulting and stakeholder management projects within municipalities, SOEs and institutions within the SADEC Region.

Cebile is also a leadership and talent coach for early career professionals and women.
