Bunmi leads the reward function for South, East, West and Central Africa as well as the reward strategy for IBM Global Technology Services which spans over 20 countries across the Middle East and Africa region.

Bunmi has over 12 years experience in different facets of HR and has worked for various multinationals within the High-Tech Industry.  

Bunmi has also led several HR projects leveraging on Artificial Intelligence and analytics. She recently led a pilot transparency project in her region which enabled managers to have difficult pay conversations with their employees. Due to the success of this project, it was replicated across IBM

Bunmi is a certified Design Thinking and Agile professional, a member of the CIPD and WorldatWork. In her spare time, Bunmi coaches individuals on career choices and serve as a volunteer for several charities.
