Musa Rabiu, Group Chief Human Resources Officer - Dangote Cement

Musa is the Group Chief Human Resources Officer of Dangote Cement; He is a strategic management professional with over 30 years’ experience acquired while working for several leading companies in the country including the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). His specialities include Talent Management, Succession Planning Performance Management and Learning and Development.

Musa has previous experience working for Shell Petroleum Development Company, between 1990 and 2008, in various capacities and after that as the Registrar of the  Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). He is a member of several leading professional bodies including the Nigerian Economic Society and the Nigerian Institute of Management.
