Terry Heller, Head of Sales and Distribution in Africa - Bupa Global Company

Terry Heller is head of Sales and Distribution in Africa for the Bupa Global Company. He has previously worked at other large insurers in South Africa and helped an administrator set up various offices across Africa. He is passionate about improving healthcare across the region and partners with clients to develop opportunities in health system improvement, collaboration, innovation and the implementation of new organisational strategies. 

In International Health Insurance Terry includes developing strategies for multinational groups in response to emerging market trends.

Before joining Bupa International, Terry served as Marketing and Sales Director for a large South African Employee Benefits Intermediary where he advised Multinational’s on healthcare reform, innovation, regulatory policy and quality.

Terry has a IMM diploma in marketing and 19 years’ experience in the healthcare industry.
