Fredrick Kanga, Head Human Resources, Exim Bank (Tanzania)

Frederick Kanga is a Successful Human Resources Professional with twenty-five years’ experience having worked in various challenging assignments in Tanzania mainly involved in transformation of successful and fastest growing organizations. His vast HR experience has been in Banking, Telecommunications, Airlines, Beverages and Manufacturing industries.

He is currently the Head of Human Resources for Exim Bank, leading the Transformation agenda of the Bank which is the 4th largest Bank in Tanzania and the first Tanzanian Bank to acquire footprint outside Tanzania. Exim Bank has recently been announced to be the best employer in Tanzania in HR Governance and Staff Engagement.

He is a Certified HR Practitioner holding Masters of Business Administration (Human Resources Management) from the University of Dar es Salaam and he is a senior member of Association of Tanzania Employers and Human Resources Society of Tanzania (HRSTA)
