The Talent Agenda Nairobi Conference Closed with a Fantastic Final Day 

The Talent Agenda Series East Africa’s final day was a great success with an illuminating discussion on Elevating Women in Business, the panel contain three inspirational women: Benthe Legg the Human Resources Director at Maersk Line, Angela Karuga, HRBP for East Africa at Nielsen and Florence Nyokabi the Head of Human Resources in Kenya and East Africa at Standard Chartered.

This discussion was followed by a great interactive panel discussion centered on Creating and Communicating Strong Employer Brands, moderated by Alex Mugan, Director at Global Career Company.

David Kinjah, the talented Cyclist gave a captivating speech on The Journey to Excellence: Applying the Discipline, Mentorship & Culture of Sport to Achieve Success in the Corporate World.

The conference ended on a great note with a selection of workshops: Engagement and Culture Scans in East Africa run by Willis Towers Watson‘s and led by Crispin Marriott and Matthew McDonnell. And Digital HR run by our sponsors SAP and led by Shali Shambi & Grace Kiunga.
